Who we are

This website is run by Carpet Ends, the rug and binding shop of Lucky Sevens Flooring (Lucky Sevens Carpet), 1752 Riverdale St, West Springfield, MA 01089. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders and prices

• Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
• If we find a pricing or product error after you order, we’ll contact you before going ahead, and you can cancel for a full refund.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a carpet or color is no longer available. If we do, we’ll refund you in full.

Custom-cut orders

Custom orders are cut to the measurements, carpet, color and edge you choose. Please check them carefully before ordering. Hand-cut sizes can vary by up to 1 inch, and colors can look different on screens than in person. Custom-cut orders are final sale once cutting starts. See our Returns & Refunds policy.

Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we don’t store your full card number.

Product information

Carpet names, colors and photos come from the manufacturer and are as accurate as we can make them. Actual colors and textures may vary slightly between dye lots.

Limits of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Massachusetts consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
